What you will do:

Troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data, customer maintenance program requirements, within estimated or budgeted hours and within FAA and customer standards of quality.  Returns to Service aircraft that have completed all required maintenance actions utilizing logbooks or customer authorized documentation.  Performs additional duties as assigned.

What you need:


High school diploma OR GED

Airframe and Powerplant license

Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to CFR Part 145 repair station operations

Prefer 2 years B727 or DC-8 or B767 Line Maintenance experience.

Must provide tools as listed on required tool listing

What you will do:

This position will perform troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data and customer maintenance program requirements, in estimated or budgeted hours and within FAA and customer standards of quality.  You will also consult and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Position also will perform typical maintenance actions including bolting, torquing, rigging, and safety wiring to include the removal and replacement of aircraft components, engines and flight controls. In addition this position is responsible for completing and attaching parts tags to removed repairable, serviceable, or condemned parts ISW with customer and/or repair station guidelines.

Additionally you will Return to Service aircraft that have completed all required maintenance actions utilizing company logbooks or customer authorized documentation. This position reports to one of the production supervisors.

Working knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems

Working knowledge of computer based applications

What you will do:


This position will perform structure maintenance, repair, and/or modification on customer aircraft in accordance with applicable technical data, customer maintenance program requirements, within estimated or budgeted hours, and within FAA and customer standards of quality.  You will also consult and interpret blueprints, Structural Repair Manuals; Illustrated parts Catalog, service bulletins and engineering orders to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged structural components. In addition this position will document all maintenance actions in accordance with Airborne, customer, and FAA guidelines. This position is also responsible to Return to Service aircraft that have completed all required maintenance actions utilizing logbooks, Airborne, and customer authorized documentation. This position reports to one of the Production Supervisors.  

What you need:


High school diploma or equivalent

Airframe license

Working knowledge of aircraft construction and repair principles.

Working knowledge of computer based aircraft maintenance software

Basic understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to CFT Part 145 repair station operations.

Must provide tools as listed on required tool listing.

POSITION SUMMARY:  Responsible for all operations of the apartment community and managing in accordance with owner’s objectives as described in the Essex Property Trust Operations Manual.  Responsible for operating the budget with the primary objective of increasing the net operating income of the property, maintaining the physical asset, providing for a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the property staff.
 
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
